These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by AIWebPoint ("we", "us", "our"), part of the AI Point family of businesses. By enquiring about, ordering or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

We provide a fully managed website service. This means we design, build, host and maintain your website on your behalf. There is no self-service back office, dashboard or admin panel provided to you; all changes and management are handled by our team. You can request updates and changes by contacting us, and we will action reasonable requests as part of your plan.

Prices shown are indicative and may vary depending on your requirements, the scope of work, any add-on services, and changes over time. We will confirm the applicable price before you commit to a paid plan. Fees may be charged on a recurring basis where stated, and prices may change with notice. Where applicable, fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

We aim to keep your website online and available at all times and do everything we reasonably can to maximise uptime. However, downtime, outages, interruptions, maintenance windows and technical issues may occur from time to time, including those caused by third-party providers and circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for losses arising from any downtime or outage.

Unless search engine optimisation (SEO) is expressly taken out as a paid service, we are not responsible for getting your website ranked or for its visibility in search results. Where SEO is included as a service, we will actively work to improve your rankings, but we cannot guarantee any specific ranking, position, traffic level, result or outcome, as these depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and competitor activity.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, lawful and up-to-date information and content.
• Ensure you have the rights to any logos, images, text or materials you supply to us.
• Use our services and any websites we build for you in a lawful manner.
• Comply with applicable platform rules, including Google's review policies.

Where we provide review collection, requesting or booking features, you are responsible for using them in line with applicable laws and platform guidelines. We do not guarantee any number or rating of reviews or bookings, and you must not use these features to solicit fake, incentivised or misleading reviews.

We retain ownership of our systems, software, templates, processes and the underlying technology used to deliver our services. All data we collect or generate in providing the service, including website data, customer records and enquiry information, forms part of our business assets and belongs to us. We use this data to develop, operate and improve your website and our services, and for other legitimate business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may use your information and the information collected through our services as set out in our Privacy Policy, including to contact you about other services, to share information with reliable partners and third parties, and to transfer information as part of any sale, merger or restructuring of our business. By using our services you agree to such use, sharing and transfer.

Either party may end the service in line with the relevant plan terms. On termination, your website may be taken offline. We may retain data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or losses arising from downtime, outages, search rankings, or third-party services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the three months preceding the relevant claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
